Ann Burns, Leadership Consultant for KEDC, has more than 20 years of leadership experience including experience as a successful building level leader and district instructional supervisor.
Our goal is to provide support to all school leaders to enhance their ability to lead great schools and improve student achievement in Kentucky. We believe that strong instructional leadership is vital to organizational success.
We offer a wide variety of district and school level trainings to meet the needs of our diverse membership. Certified facilitation trainings include: Covey’s Seven Habits for Highly Effective People, Seven Habits for Highly Effective Teens, CHAMPS, and Classroom Assessment for Student Learning.
