Teachers across the state are searching for ways to help all students improve ACT scores. With the exception of the math section, the ACT is a reading test.
Because of our many requests from districts, beginning in July 2009, KEDC Instructional Support will offer reading workshops designed for English teachers.
Workshops will provide teachers with multiple ways to teach critical reading skills. Teachers will receive lesson plans and classroom-ready materials designed by KEDC’s reading consultants.
